Established in 1996 WCE Group includes WCE Properties, West Coast Energy, WCE Network Services and Atmos Consulting. The Group operates throughout the UK in the fields of Residential and Commercial Property Development, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Engineering/Arboricultural Services and Environmental Consultancy. Within the group WCE have a team of in-house planning professionals, chartered surveyors, engineers and ecologists experienced in a wide range of development fields. In addition WCE have a long established pool of specialist consultants who are used on a regular basis where a project requires a more tailored or locally led approach.
In 2006 WCE Properties Ltd was formed to further utilise the wealth of in-house professional experience in the field of residential and commercial development. WCEPL are presently active in North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire but we are currently acquiring new opportunities further afield following success in both residential and commercial development. WCEPL initially focused on brownfield regeneration and change of use, using their skills to overcome issues with planning, highways drainage, flood risk and ecological constraints. Following our initial success in this area we are now also actively engaged in promoting a portfolio of longer term strategic development opportunities across the region.
